Each section of my painting will start with my demonstration, and then everyone will work on his or her own painting, while I give you individual instruction. You will learn insight into how to achieve dramatic, award winning paintings, and how to get that photorealistic quality.
Along with the instruction, if there is time I will have a slide presentation of my work, starting with my earlier works to the present day, showing the progression of my watercolor career.
I hope that my workshop sounds like both a challenge and most of all, a fun learning experience to explore this new method of using watercolor.

Do you love watercolor and want to learn a new way to use this wonderful medium? Then you will love my workshops, as we explore using watercolor in a detail oriented and realistic way. You will be working from a supplied photo and a pre-drawn sketch that you will then transfer to your stretched watercolor paper. This way, we will have a lot of time to concentrate on watercolor and technique.
